Come join us on April 9 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. in Butler Library 318 for a workshop by Michael Niman. The workshop will address how to accommodate the needs of students who are in recovery from or otherwise battling Screen Abuse Disorder as well as discuss the pedagogic benefits and strategies for reducing or nearly eliminating the use of screens in seminar classes. Part of this discussion will address necessary screen use, presenting screen addiction as like food addiction — you can't eliminate either.
