In an effort to improve services for the diverse needs of the faculty and staff at Buffalo State College, Instructional Design and Training (IDT) is rolling out a new pilot program to schedule individual training and consultations on campus-supported platforms using Microsoft Bookings.

Initial training requests available are in Ensemble Video, Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, and some aspects of Office 365.
