We’re excited to announce that Buffalo State’s annual State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA) and United Way Campaign kicks off today, October 28! Our campus has a proud tradition of giving back to organizations that enhance the lives of men, women, children, and even pets throughout Western New York by supporting vital social service programs. This year’s theme, “Start Something Good,” encourages everyone to take part and help Buffalo State maintain its distinction of having the highest rate of participation among all SUNY campuses.
The co-chairs for this year’s campaign are Wendy Paterson, dean of the School of Education, and Maria Garrity, senior systems programmer in Information Technology. The featured agency is BestSelf Behavioral Health (57-00615).
New This Year: Continuous Giving/Rollover Pledges! Last year’s 26 payroll deduction pledges will automatically renew, making it easier than ever to continue your support. If you’d like to update your pledge amount or selected agencies (PDF, 2.7 MB), you can easily make changes through the e-pledge system.
