The Orientation, Transition, and Family Programs Office is excited to announce the summer 2026 New Bengal Orientation dates (all programs will take place on campus): 

Transfer Students
Session 1: Thursday, July 9, 2026
Session 2: Thursday, July 16, 2026

First-Year Students
Session 1: Monday, July 6 and Tuesday, July 7, 2026 
Session 2: Monday, July 13 and Tuesday, July 14, 2026
Session 3: Monday, July 20 and Tuesday, July 21, 2026
Session 4: Thursday, July 23 and Friday, July 24, 2026

Final Session: Thursday, August 27, 2026 (This will be the last New Bengal Orientation of the summer, open to any first-year and transfer students who did not participate in the July programs as well as our incoming international students. We highly encourage all students to attend our programs in July and do not release this date until our July programs have concluded.) 

Student Registration
Students will be able to register for New Bengal Orientation via their student applicant portal once the registration goes live. If a student is having trouble registering for Orientation, please have them email orientation@buffalostate.edu for assistance.
