Brief Job Description
This position is responsible for providing high-level support to facilitate the efficient operation of the Student Affairs division. The incumbent will providing a broad range of administrative support to the Vice President for Students Affairs and other members from the campus community. The incumbent holding this position must use good judgement in prioritizing multiple tasks and assignments; be able to interact with senior leadership on behalf of the Vice President utilizing tact and diplomacy to respond to situations, establish procedures to meet priorities while maintaining an efficient workflow; respond to calls, as well as organize, expedite, and follow-up on projects.
