The Maurene Callahan Bouras Center for Global Engagement invites students, faculty, and staff members to celebrate 2022 International Education Week November 14–18. Today's events are listed below. Dance Appreciation students showcase videos of dances from around the world. Stop by the main lobby in Butler Library and move to the beat!
Peace Corp Presentation (Virtual)
Amanda Cady, representative for the Peace Corps, will discuss how to go abroad after graduation with the Peace Corps. Through the Peace Corps’ two-year program of life-defining experiences, volunteers can fully integrate into a host country community, where they live and work on education, health, economic development, environment, agriculture, and youth development projects. This workshop will cover Peace Corps programs, benefits and commitment, the requirements, and how to apply.
'Immigration Art' with International Food

Live Cooking Show with Chef Forman
Are you hungry for good international food? Chef Forman, alumnus of Buffalo State, owner of Thyme & Honey, and certified executive chef at Delaware North for the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres, will be cooking Kefta Kabobs.
