'Mindfully Preventing Screen-Time Burnout' - November 9

Please join Weigel Health Promotions and Pure Life Therapy for an online discussion of tips and techniques to prevent screen-time burnout on Tuesday, November 9, at 7:00 p.m. We will cover how to recognize burnout and learn mindfulness techniques such as meditation and mindful movement. The movement will be demonstrated standing up, so please wear clothing that is easy to move around in, as you will be encouraged to participate. (Cameras can be turned off for the movement). Great extra credit or organization event!
