New COVID Booster Clinics on Campus: November 7, 9

The Weigel Health Center, in partnership with Wegmans Pharmacy, will offer two new COVID-19 booster clinics (Pfizer bivalent)* for interested faculty, staff, and students from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Campbell Student Union upper lobby on the following dates. If you are interested in receiving a COVID booster, please register online for an appointment using the links below. You can select either the COVID vaccine or booster when registering online. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are also welcome.

Monday, November 7

Wednesday, November 9

Please bring photo ID and your health insurance card to the appointment. The COVID-19 vaccine is covered with no copay by insurance and available at no cost to the uninsured. To receive a booster dose, participants must present their vaccination cards as proof of previous Pfizer or Moderna vaccine.

Note: Participants must be 17 years of age or older. Anyone under age 18 must bring with them a signed and completed consent form from their parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must also be available by phone for verbal consent confirmation the day of the clinic.

Please contact the Weigel Health Center, (716) 878-6711; Paula Madrigal, assistant director of prevention and health promotion; or Johnathan Paeplow, pharmacy business relations manager at Wegmans Food Markets, with questions.

View and print the flier.

*Unfortunately, changes to the vaccine had a direct impact on the availability and ability to administer the booster during our last set of clinics.
