Banner codes for microcredential (MC) programs have been changed from Banner minor codes to Banner UG and GR certificate codes, effective fall 2024.

Departments must advise students to declare each MC program they want to complete using the new Microcredential Declaration Form (PDF, 4.25 MB), which is located on the Registrar’s Office website under Forms and Services.

Departments no longer need to track completion of MC programs and notify the Registrar’s Office.

New microcredential codes can be found on the Majors Active List (XLS), which is posted on the Registrar’s Office website under Forms and Services.
