Arjun K. Pathak, assistant professor of physics, published the peer-reviewed scientific article "Unprecedented Generation of 3D Heterostructures by Mechanochemical Disassembly and Re-ordering of Incommensurate Metal Chalcogenides" in Nature Communications 11, 3005 (2020), one of the highly reputed high-impact factor journals published by Nature Research, UK. The article reports the creation of 3-D heterostructures materials that have novel quantum phenomena for future high-efficiency devices. Dr. Pathak has an equal contribution to this work with the first author of the article.
