Deborah Silverman, chair and associate professor of communication, served as a judge for the Public Relations Society of America's Silver Anvils Awards on March 1. Regarded as the “Oscars” of the public relations industry, Silver Anvil Awards single out the best strategic public relations campaigns of the year. The Silver Anvils Awards ceremony will be held in New York City in June.
