Student Accessibility Services: Acknowledging and Signing Letters of Accommodation

Student Accessibility Services is continuously processing and sending out letters of request for accommodations to faculty members. All letters must be reviewed and signed by faculty members. 

Please follow the process below:

  • Log in to the Accommodate Portal.
  • “Letters to Review” are on the home screen of Accommodate.
  • The names of all students who have submitted their requests will appear on this first screen.  
  • Please click the “Review” button to open the letters, and to sign and acknowledge receipt of the accommodations. 

Please note: The intake process is continuous; faculty members will be notified by email each time they have a new letter awaiting their signature in Accommodate.
