Hermen Díaz, assistant professor of higher education administration and adult education, recently published "The Invisible Middle: Latino Men in Higher Education Student Affairs Master's Programs" in the Journal of Student Affairs Research and Practice. In this exploratory research, he and his co-authors examined how social identities informed the experiences of 21 Latino men enrolled in graduate professional preparation programs.
