The Daily Bulletin

The Career and Professional Education Center (CAPE) invites students to participate in a Professional Development Workshop Series—an interactive program designed to help them build the career skills employers value most.

When? Thursdays, starting May 22 to July 24
Time? 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Where? Bacon Hall 204

Each week, students will engage in hands-on activities and discussions focused on the eight NACE Career Competencies:
Professionalism
Teamwork
Communication
Technology
Equity & Inclusion
Critical Thinking
Leadership
Career & Self-Development

Whether students are working, interning, or taking classes on or around campus this summer, it's a great opportunity for them to build their professional skills. Students who complete the full series will receive a Certificate of Completion—an excellent addition to their résumé or portfolio.

If students are working or interning in your office and you’d like them to enroll in the program, please email Denise Harris at harrisdm@buffalostate.edu. Simply include their name and B00 number, and a personalized invitation with details about the program will be sent to them.
