The Orientation, Transition, and Family Programs Office is excited to announce the summer 2025 New Student Orientation schedule. These sessions will take place in person on campus.

Transfer Students
Session 1: Thursday, July 10, 2025
Session 2: Thursday, July 17, 2025
Session 3: Thursday, August 21, 2025 (Last Chance Orientation)

First-Year Students
Session 1: Monday, July 7, and Tuesday, July 8, 2025
Session 2: Monday, July 14, and Tuesday, July 15, 2025
Session 3: Monday, July 21, and Tuesday, July 22, 2025
Session 4: Thursday, August 21, 2025 (Last Chance Orientation)

Student Registration
Students will be able to register for New Student Orientation via their student applicant portal, registration is LIVE! Once students pay their deposit, they will receive notifications to register for their session. If a student is having trouble registering for Orientation, please have them email orientation@buffalostate.edu for assistance.
