Posted: Monday, May 18, 2020Active Procurement Card Holders under COVID-19 Spending Controls
As part of Buffalo State’s procedures for spending controls related to COVID-19 (PDF, 420 KB), the number of active Procurement Card holders has been reduced by 90 percent. Remaining active users per division or President’s Cabinet area have been selected and notified. All other Procurement Card use is prohibited.
Please contact the cardholder in your area for any Procurement Card requests that are essential, urgent, or relevant to the college’s strategic priorities. All proposed expenditures must be accompanied by a completed Spending Constraints Attestation Form (DOCX, 74 KB).
