Posted: Monday, June 5, 2023Academic Affairs Operational Plan Completed
In support of Buffalo State’s Strategic Plan 2022–2026, faculty and staff members in Academic Affairs have been engaged in the development of a new divisional operational plan, which is now available to the campus community. Starting today, June 5, Academic Affairs will begin managing progress of the operational plan using AchieveIt, Buffalo State’s plan management software. Use of the software will support Academic Affairs’ interest in providing transparency and use of appropriate data in strategic decision-making.
The Academic Affairs Operational Plan (PDF, 140 KB) is available on the Institutional Effectiveness and Planning website. I encourage you to review our operational plan, which demonstrates a commitment to supporting Buffalo State’s strategic priorities and advancing our mission. The operational plan also highlights some of the innovative and outstanding work in which our faculty and staff are engaged.
Please contact Carolynn Krupp, director of institutional planning, or Kim Barron, assistant vice president for institutional effectiveness and planning, with questions or comments.
