Please join Buffalo State professors A.K. Shauku and William Altreuter for a panel discussion entitled "Can He Do That?!:  The President, Executive Power, and the Courts" on Thursday, September 18, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. in Bulger 214. This event is co-sponsored by the Government, Planning, and Philosophy Department, the Student Political Society Club, the Bengals Vote Coalition and the Social Work Department.

 You are also invited to participate in a system-wide online discussion from 2:00 to 3:00 pm on Wednesday, September 17 entitled “What Can You Say on Campus at a Public University or College?  Free Speech, The Constitution, and College Life.”  This event is primarily intended for faculty, and staff (students are welcome) from SUNY and the Massachusetts public higher education system.
