Conversations with the Provost - Open Invitations
As part of my ongoing commitment to open dialogue and community engagement across the campus, I invite you to join me for several informal opportunities to connect throughout the spring 2026 semester. These gatherings are designed to be relaxed, conversational, and accessible to members of our campus community.
Lunch with the Provost
Join me in the Dining Hall from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the following Fridays:
- February 6
- March 6
- April 3
Thanks to the support of Chartwells, lunch will be available at a reduced rate of $8 per person. Please note that participants are responsible for the cost of their own meal. I will be seated in the Bengal Kitchen, and you are welcome to join me at any time during the lunch period. There is no formal agenda just conversation, idea sharing, and community connection.
Morning Tea with the Provost
To provide an additional option for those unable to attend on Fridays, I am pleased to introduce Tea with the Provost. Join me at Campus House from 8:30–9:45 a.m. on the following Thursdays for informal conversation:
- February 5
- March 5
- April 2
Dinner with the Provost (and students)
These evenings are designed to focus on interacting with our students. I will be seated in the Bengal Kitchen, and you are welcome to stop by and join me at any time during the dinner hour. Note that you are responsible for the cost of your own meal. There is no formal agenda. The goal is to listen in a relaxed, informal setting as we dine with students in the Bengal Kitchen from 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. on the following Tuesdays:
- February 10
- March 10
- April 14
I look forward to connecting with many of you throughout the spring 2026 semester and continuing our shared conversations about our campus community.
