Spring Student Showcase—Wednesday, May 6, 2026

Posted:

The inaugural Spring Student Showcase, an all-day, campus-wide celebration of student achievement at Buffalo State, will soon take place. On Wednesday, May 6, regular classes will be suspended to make way for a full schedule of events spotlighting the remarkable breadth and depth of talent across all disciplines.

Program guides for all events—including the SRCC, the Graduate Research Fair, the Experiential Learning Fair, and an array of artistic displays and performances—are now available on the Spring Student Showcase website. Students may check in at registration tables at several events to record their attendance, and they are encouraged to invite guests to share in this celebration of their accomplishments. Campus parking rules will be suspended for May 6; however, reserved spaces, including ADA accessible spaces, remain restricted to authorized use.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the faculty and staff whose encouragement and mentorship have helped students participate and made this event possible. Your support is essential to creating a meaningful and memorable showcase of student achievement. For questions, to share suggestions, or to volunteer at one of the events, please contact M. Scott Goodman or Carolyn Guzski. I look forward to showcasing the exceptional work of our students and the spirit of academic excellence that defines Buffalo State!
