The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for areas of Western New York today.
A special weather statement indicates "Tropical System Beryl will pass across our region Wednesday through Wednesday night. ... There is also a marginal risk for strong to severe thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon and evening, with strong to damaging wind gusts the primary severe weather threat."
