Retirement Celebration for Carol Arent: March 30
From the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management
Please join me in celebrating Carol Arent and her contributions to Buffalo State and our students as she transitions to retirement on Thursday, March 30, anytime between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m in Moot Hall 110.
Ms. Arent joined Buffalo State College in 1993 as a temporary service employee in Academic Affairs. The work she was performing, coupled with her exceptional work ethic, were the catalysts to converting her role from temporary service to a full-time permanent keyboard specialist position. Ms. Arent worked through the ranks and became a secretary 1 in 2006 under the leadership of Kevin Railey during his tenure as interim associate vice president for enrollment management. She has proved herself a dedicated employee and advocate for Buffalo State College.
Please join me to celebrate her service and thank her for dedicating her time and talent over the past 24 years as she transitions to retirement. After Wednesday, April 12, her radiating smile will no longer accompany our work day.
