The Formatta Forms system used at Buffalo State for the submission of all Research Foundation payment requests will be unavailable on Wednesday, October 19, and Thursday, October 20, during the installation of a system upgrade. The upgrade is necessary for the system to function with the new Windows applications. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask that you plan your Formatta Forms submissions accordingly (this includes DPV, PO, Independent Contractor, Stipend, Subrecipient, and BOA Reconciliation).
