Tell Students - The Corner Office: 'Women of Influence' - November 4

Interested in learning how to find your dream job? Are you unsure where to start? Listen to four women’s stories and hear their leadership advice.

Student Leadership and Engagement and the Career Development Center invite students, faculty, and staff to attend the Corner Office Speaker Series on Thursday, November 4, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in the Campbell Student Union Assembly Hall. The Corner Office is part of the Bengal Stripes Leadership Program and brings presenters from local, regional, and national businesses to share their stories in leadership. Additionally, it delves into the professional journeys of entrepreneurs, innovators, and idealists to share with the campus community what they have learned in their careers.

Light refreshments will be provided.

The first event for fall 2021 will include the following panelists:

  • Annika Samuels, Director of Diversity and Inclusion, National Fuel Gas Company
  • Autum Carter, Health and Housing Advocate, Housing Opportunities Made Equal; Lecturer Buffalo State College Health, Nutrition, and Dietetics Department
  • Amy Habib Rittling, Partner, Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP
  • Lavonda Locke, Administrative Officer, FBI

Students that attend will receive the following:

  • Free Buffalo State–themed wallet
  • Raffle entry to win a Buffalo State swag bag
