E. H. Butler Library is proud to announce a free zine workshop that is open to all, but especially perfect for students presenting their research at upcoming conferences.

This hands-on workshop will teach you how to transform a traditional academic poster presentation into a zine. Zines are DIY magazines that can be made by anyone for a low cost. We will discuss research-based zines we have made, demonstrate folding techniques, and support participants to draft their own zines.

The workshop will be held on Thursday, April 17, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. in Butler 314. All are welcome to attend.
