The Continuing Professional Studies Office (CPS) is looking for graduate interns or high-achieving undergraduate students who are interested in an unpaid summer internship working with high school students participating in a summer bridge program on the Buffalo State campus.

The summer bridge program is a partnership between CPS and the Charter School for Applied Technologies and will run from 10:00 a.m. to 2:35 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays from July 11 to August 18. High school students will take a UNC course and have built-in study time as well as time for weekly workshops. CPS will support students both academically and non-academically by providing them with tutoring, mentoring, advisement, and help with strengthening their non-cognitive skills.

CPS is seeking interns who are interested in working closely with students to help ensure their academic and personal success during their college experience. Interns will help students navigate their day on campus, attend class with them, and help facilitate and manage lab time and workshops. Schedules would be about 15 hours a week.
