Tell Students: Social Justice Book Club - Conversation with Contributors: November 17

The Social Justice Book Club will host "A Conversation with Contributors" on Thursday, November 17, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Butler Library 314. We will be joined online by several contributors to this year's book selection, Choice Words: Writers on Abortion, who will read their work and discuss their motivations for writing and sharing it.

This is an in-person event. All members of the campus community are invited to attend.

The Social Justice Book Club provides a space for Buffalo State community members to have meaningful conversations about challenging topics. The specific focus of the book club changes each year.

This program was made possible with the support of E. H. Butler Library, Equity and Campus Diversity, Student Leadership and Engagement, the Muriel A. Howard Honors Program, the Grant Allocation Committee, and Haymarket Books.

For more information, please contact Julie Setele, senior assistant librarian, or visit the SJBC website.
