On Monday, September 29, the Speech-Language Pathology and Nutrition and Dietetics Departments, along with Chartwells Higher Education, are hosting their 3rd annual Interdisciplinary Iron Chef competition in Caudell Hall 218 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Come see how Speech Language Pathology and Nutrition and Dietetics students collaborate to create a meal appropriate for a sample patient that is appropriate for their health needs. Audience members can win prizes for answering trivia during the event!
