Ally is embedded within Brightspace to verify accessibility of Word, PPT, images and PDFs right within your course. Instructors generate an overall Accessibility Course Score and an Accessibility Content Score on each document. The tool also supports remediation with step-by-step instructions to make changes to your document/presentation. It is also important to remember that inaccessible files should be replaced using the Ally tool, rather than only deleting them from the content area.
