The Student Conduct and Community Standards Office received approval from the University Council on October 7, 2025  to apply changes to the Student Code of Conduct.   The updated Code of Conduct is live and effective as of October 7, 2025 available here . Changes were applied to adjust the required composition of the conduct and appeals review boards, updates to language for hearing a case and updates to definitions for Title IX associated violations per SUNY memo (8.18.2025).
