Stress can impact how we react to personal and professional situations, and in the process negatively effect existing conflicts or create new ones. At times of stress, we do not always think clearly or interpret situations as we should.

In this brown bag series discussion Drs. Breen and Yacobucci will discuss stress and it’s impact on conflict. Special attention will be given to identifying one’s personal stress and recovery responses to assist in developing techniques to address stress, especially in conflict situations.
