Title: A Case Study in How to Design a Dashboard Based on End-User Requirements
- How to develop system requirements from end-user interviews
- How to understand the way end-users take in their information
- How to present end-user information such that they can make decisions
- What are some common tools/applications we use to create dashboard design
Harvey Hyman is a decision scientist with emphasis in database architecture and enterprise development. He has a PhD in information systems and decision science. He is a retired professor and has taught at Georgia Southern University, University of South Florida, and Florida Polytechnic University. He currently lectures part-time at Buffalo State and at Villa Maria College.
