As an institutional member, Buffalo State has access to many free offerings through Educause, including a February 25 webinar from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. on Robert Axelrod's "The Evolution of Cooperation." This 90-minute webinar introduces Robert Axelrod's classic work and its continued relevance to organizational life. 

Altruism and a shared sense of purpose often inspire those who work in higher education. Yet collaboration is influenced not only by good intentions, but also by inherent, underlying competition. It is a reality that areas contend for limited resources, stakeholders seek influence, and even teams formed to support one another can struggle to do so effectively. By the end of the webinar, participants will gain practical strategies to foster stronger, more collaborative cultures.
