Effective immediately, please submit all space reservation requests and equipment needs at least two weeks prior to the desired date. For all outdoor events or large indoor events please reach out to Events Management at least 30 days before the requested date. Working within these timelines will help ensure that space and equipment are available and to ensure the success of your event. If a request is made within two weeks, we cannot guarantee they will be able to be fulfilled.
