Flyer Approval Reminder for the Campbell Student Union

Planning to promote your event in the Union? Please be reminded that all flyers must be approved by the Campbell Student Union Office prior to posting. To be approved, flyers must meet the following criteria:
Required Flyer Information:
- Clearly list the campus department or SLE/USG-recognized student organization hosting the event
(e.g., “Student Leadership & Engagement Presents...”, “Black Active Minds Presents...”, “Residence Life and AASO Present...”) - Include the date(s), time(s), and location(s) of the event
- Provide a Buffalo State email address or campus phone number for more information
(e.g., “For more information, contact 716-878-XXXX or example@buffalostate.edu”) - If submitted by a USG-recognized student organization, the flyer must include the following statement:
“Funded by the Mandatory Student Activities Fee”
Posting Limit:
A maximum of five (5) flyers may be posted within the Union at a time.
Flyers that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for posting. Unapproved flyers that are found posted will be removed immediately.
