Learn How to Use Intelligent Agents in Brightspace - April 2

Posted:

Please join Brian Cronk, Ph.D., and Naomi McKay, Ph.D., on April 2 from 12:30-1:00 p.m. in E. H. Butler Library 318 for a short introductory workshop on using Intelligent Agents in Brightspace to support student success while saving time. This session will explore how Intelligent Agents can automatically send personalized messages to students based on course activity and performance.

Participants will learn how these tools can help reduce faculty workload, support Regular and Substantive Interaction (RSI), and provide timely outreach to students who may need encouragement or guidance. The workshop will also discuss advantages and limitations of Intelligent Agents and share practical use cases for online and face-to-face courses.

A follow-up hands-on workshop is planned for the fall for those interested in building and implementing Intelligent Agents in their own courses.

Visit the workshop registration system to learn more and register.
