NYS Deferred Compensation Plan's Countdown to Retirement Webinar
The NYS Deferred Compensation Plan will be hosting an educational online seminar between the holidays for all employees who wish to attend. The NYSDCP is a supplemental retirement plan which is also known as a 457(b) plan and their mission is to help State and local-public employees achieve their retirement savings goals and help bridge any potential financial gap in retirement. You may contribute to the NYSDCP in place of or in addition to a 403(b) plan. You may also schedule an appointment with our campus rep, Mark Wallace, if you are unable to attend or for follow up assistance.

This free educational online seminar discusses the NYSDCP 457(b) and important considerations for those planning for or contemplating retirement. The presentation will discuss longevity, income sources, asset consolidation, and withdrawals/required minimum distributions.
