Pantry to Plate Cook-Off Challenge: April 23

Please join the Health, Nutrition, and Dietetics Department for the Pantry to Plate Cook-Off Challenge on Thursday April 23,  from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Caudell Hall 218. All faculty, staff, students, and community members are invited to attend this free event!

This friendly cook-off challenges teams to craft balanced, delicious meals using everyday pantry staples. Whether you're ready to show off your culinary skills or prefer to join us as a judge, we'd love to have you involved. On the day of the event, each team will receive a set of everyday pantry ingredients and be challenged to use their creativity (plus a selection of spices and optional add-ons) to craft a nutritionally balanced dish! 

Attendees will have the chance to watch the cook-off, sample the dishes, and help judge the competition!

This event will feature a discussion with Milligan's Food Pantry and FeedMore WNY.

Spaces are limited for cooking teams. Please register your team by Sunday, April 19.
