Registration Tip: SSB9 and "Pending" Message

When working with a student on registration in SSB9, please note the following:

If you or the student sees a "Pending" status message for many registration-related activities (e.g. adding a class, dropping a class, or adding to a waitlist). The system is waiting for the student to click the Submit button in the lower right-hand corner.

If you or the student does not see this Submit button, make sure they know to scroll down and look for this button; it will be on the far right-hand side near the bottom. If they don't see one, please ask them to try it from a desktop computer (rather than a mobile device) or a desktop with a larger screen. Any questions or assistance needed with screen resolution settings, contact the IT Help Desk.
