Scanned images of book excerpts/chapters, articles, and other instructional content within courses is a major source of inaccessibility and non-compliance. As you work ahead to create Summer and Fall 2026 courses, please note the Ally score provided for each content uploaded in your Brightspace course.

Please address low (red and orange dials) Ally scores immediately.

For scanned inaccessible PDF documents, please consider the following:

• Use Adobe Pro to OCR the document (book chapters, handouts)
• Track down the source on an article and provide permalink
