The midterm grading window for spring 2026 will open on Monday, March 9, at 9:00 a.m. and close on Friday, March 20, at 9:00 p.m.  Faculty will submit midterm grades using Banner.

In addition to assigning midterm grades, faculty can indicate student attendance by entering one of the following values in the “Hours Attended” field:

• 0 - Never attended
• 1 - Sporadic, unsatisfactory attendance
• 2 - Consistent, satisfactory attendance

Timely and complete midterm grade submission for all registered students is essential to support campus wide academic intervention and retention initiatives.  Once submitted, students will be able to view their midterm grades in Banner and Degree Works.

Advisors are encouraged to use Navigate to review the records of their students and to communicate with those that may appear to need assistance.
