The Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Office is accepting public comments on the draft MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) Annual Report. The report documents storm water pollution prevention measures undertaken by Buffalo State University during the reporting year ending January 2, 2026. Measures implementation and the draft report are requirements of the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) General Permit, No. GP-0-24-001, issued in 2024 by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.

The draft annual report, instructions for submitting comments, and additional information on campus storm water pollution prevention efforts can be accessed from the EH&S Office MS4 Pollution Prevention webpage. A link to the report is located within the "MS4 Annual Report" dropdown on the webpage. 

A paper copy of the draft annual report for the campus is also available for viewing during normal business hours at the Facilities Operations and Key Center, located in the Clinton Center.
