Student Deadline Approaching: The Contribution Project

Posted:

This spring, Buffalo State is participating in the Contribution Project, a program of the Purpose Commons in collaboration with Cornell Human Ecology faculty. The Contribution Project offer $400 awards to Buffalo State undergraduate students to “make a contribution” or to “turn their ideas to life” over 6 weeks in the Spring semester.  Students can use the funds for almost any contribution they can imagine—whether it’s helping a friend, supporting a cause, or creating something meaningful for their community (more examples).

Applications can be submitted until Feb. 22 with awards announced by March 1. More information is available through the Buffalo State Experiential Learning website or by contacting the Anne Frank Project or CAPE offices. Over 20 awards are expected to go to Buffalo State applicants.
