Butler Library & Instructional Design & Distance Learning have collaborated to create asynchronous Brightspace modules on library research strategies and competencies. The modules include quizzing and tutorial videos. Module content includes article searching, APA formatting and citations, peer-review, and literature reviews. Every faculty and student is enrolled in the modules and can earn Brightspace badges. This initiative is up for the SUNY Effective Online Practice Award. Awards are determined by voting and will be announced on February 23, 2026, during the SUNY Online Summit. Please review the excellent submissions and vote!
