Tell Students: "What Does It Take to Run a Food-Based Business?" Presentation - October 2

Posted:

The Bengal Entrepreneurship Program and the Buffalo State Small Business Development Center are hosting "Local Leaders," a series featuring local business owners and experts in their professions.

Our first event is on Thursday, October 2 from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. (Bengal Pause) in E. H. Butler Library Room 134 and will be focused on food-based businesses. Shai Arnold, owner of 716 Brick Collaborative, will be presenting on how to run a food-based business and discuss how to determine your food cost (a key component of running a successful business!).

Please let your students know of this exciting opportunity! For more information, email Olivia Harbol at harbolol@buffalostate.edu.
