Tomorrow! Brown Bag Series: Understanding Why Conflict Occurs
Understanding Why Conflict Occurs
12:15 p.m. to 1:30 pm
Bulger Hall 217
Conflict is part of the human experience. We can be in conflict with people we are close to and those we hardly know. We find ourselves embroiled in conflict due to personality traits and interactions. We can become involved in a conflict due to our belief systems, or cultural norms. We find ourselves in personal conflicts, business conflicts, legal conflicts.
In this brown bag series discussion Drs. Breen and Yacobucci will discuss the variety of reasons we become involved in conflict and how to identify the precursor thoughts, behaviors, and actions that can escalate such conflicts.
