Verizon has upgraded their voicemail system. This upgrade does not apply to those offices with either Cisco or Mitel VoIP phones. As part of this upgrade, when you access your voicemail the first time after the upgrade, it will prompt you to create a new PIN and record a new greeting and name, or to choose the default greeting. Your saved messages are available by pressing 7 at the main menu. Those saved messages will be deleted after 30 days.
