'You Matter. Your Story Matters.' Art Project - March 3

Student Leadership and Engagement and Inclusion and Equity are inviting students to share their stories with the campus community as part of the “You Matter. Your Story Matters” art project. The program will take place in the Campbell Student Union lobby on Thursday, March 3, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Each student will have the opportunity to share their story regarding their identity and have their photo taken.

The concept of identity is complex, multidimensional, and fluid. The answer to “Who am I?” depends on a range of factors, including how you define yourself, your membership in certain groups, and how you feel viewed within society. We invite students and other members of the campus community to attend and reflect on how their own identities have shaped their personal stories, influenced a sense of who they are, how they perceive and treat others, and how others might perceive and treat them.
